I strive to provide a comprehensive approach to massage therapy. With my background in physical therapy, degree in exercise science, and licensure as a massage therapist, I'm able to combine the best of each to bring a unique and effective massage experience. My goal is to help my clients achieve their physical health goals, whether that involves relieving chronic pain, managing stress, or simply helping them relax. I'm passionate about helping people feel better, and I bring that passion to my work.
